EXIT LEFT  INCLEMENT WEATHER  POLICY

Exit Left always prioritizes the safety of our fans, band members, and equipment.  While we love bringing the party rain or shine,certain weather conditions such as rain, lightning, high winds or unsafe outdoor conditions may require us to pause, delay, or cancel a performance.  Our Policy:  If the event must be called off due to inclement weather, the decision should be made no later than three (3) hours prior to performance time whenever possible.If the band is already set up and ready to perform but must break down due to weather hazards, a partial performance feewill still apply to cover time, labor, and equipment costs.  Indoor events are not typically affected,unless conditions create unsafe circumstances. We work closely with venues and event organizers to make the best call in each situation and appreciate your understanding in keeping everyone safe.
